Local support

Three contacts help schools register and get started.

/01
Pascal Boulée · Practical BIM (Grenoble)

Contact for France. Quantity surveyor and founder of Practical BIM in Grenoble, a certified simplebim® partner. A lecturer at Université Grenoble Alpes (IUT1), he passes on a method as much as a tool: structuring IFC data, checking it, then making it speak — from quantity take-off to construction documents.

/02
Stéphane Le Roy · FlexBIM5D

Contact for Québec and Canada. French-Canadian quantity surveyor and founder of FlexBIM5D. “My 35-year career between France and Québec, and my experience teaching 5D BIM at the Cégep du Vieux Montréal, led me to develop an approach that connects digital data to the realities of the profession. I have deployed the FlexBIM5D method in organisations in France such as CUB Architecture. Currently in French Polynesia, I plan to return to Québec in February 2027 and want to contribute to close, local exchanges with institutions and teaching teams.”

/03
Elisa Arbeloa · Independent consultant

Contact for Spain. A Spanish-trained architect, Elisa helps practices and engineering firms structure their Archicad production and make their IFC data reliable. She works both in training and in project support, in French and in Spanish, and is the Simplebim contact for Spain.
