This policy describes the processing of personal data carried out by CADatWORK in connection with the cadatwork.com website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.

Data collected and purposes
- Contact / quotation request forms: surname, first name, company, email, telephone, message. Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Multiple-choice questionnaires & training enrolment: identity, professional contact details, questionnaire responses. Legal basis: performance of the training contract and compliance with a legal obligation relating to vocational training funding.
- User account (where applicable): authentication credentials. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Retention periods
- Prospective clients: 3 years from the last contact.
- Clients: duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years (limitation period for commercial claims).
- Accounting records and invoices: 10 years (Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
- Training data: the period required by OPCO / Qualiopi.
Recipients & processors
Data is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to technical processors strictly necessary for service provision: hosting (Lovable / Cloudflare, Inc.), database and authentication (Supabase, Inc.), transactional email tools, the external accountant and OPCO, where applicable. Any transfer outside the EU is governed by the standard contractual clauses of the Commission européenne.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to give instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death. These rights may be exercised by emailing stephane.dussol@cadatwork.com and providing proof of your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL — www.cnil.fr (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).

CADatWORK implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption, access control, logging and backups.
